Out have gone the endless cans of coke, packets of salt 'n' vinegar crisps and pepperoni pizzas. Yes that's right, I'm running the London marathon for the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation in April and I need your help to reach a target of £2,000.

Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer for men in the UK, with one dying every hour from the disease and 35,000 being diagnosed with it every year. Despite this, it receives far less attention than other cancers, both in terms of awareness and the severe lack of funding invested in research.
