Having volunteered at ACE in Luxor in 2009, I left determined to help raise funds for this very worthwhile cause which not only has a huge impact on the animals but also on the families who rely so heavily on them to provide their livelihood.

James and I met in June last year and he soon became involved in my fundraising activities, including climbing the highest peaks in England and Scotland. 

We felt that a lasting wedding gift would be to sponsor a stable and we intend to visit the centre in the new year to see this being put to use.
