At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. But every day 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news they have cancer. We’ll face it all together – but we can’t do it without you. Visit www.younglivesvscancer.org.uk

Story

UPDATE

I completed the marathon in a time of 5:09.40, which for a first-timer, I thought was quite good! Donations can still be given up to three months after the event; thanks to all those who have given already and I am grateful for any future donations. Again, thanks just for looking at this page.

My charity of choice is CLIC Sargent, who are a charity who help care for children and young people diagnosed with cancer. Last year, I lost a school friend who I had known from the age of 4, Henry Griffin, to cancer; I am running both in his honour and to help CLIC Sargent care for those who have been afflicted at such a young age.

More information about the charity can be found here.

There is plenty of time to give, if you wish to. I can also be given to in person, and will start arming myself with sponsorship forms.
