I'm doing it again!  Me and 32,000 other people are running the Great Manchester 10K Run on 18th May. Its not far off so please donate now while you can.  The money is going to Cancer Research UK.

You can donate online, just like if you were ordering a DVD or something (its very very simple to do!), or you can physically give me the money and I will sort it out.  It will ask you about Gift Aid - this is where the tax that is paid on the money you have is given back to the charity, so make sure you put down that you are a UK tax payer.  It means that the charity gets extra money without you having to do anything for it

I also want to say thank you to all the people who donated last year - your support was amazing and overwhelming, and I really cannot say thanks enough!  The final total last year, including gift aid, was £1037.18.
