This will be the third time i have done the london marathon.  After the last one i siad never again but here i am 6 years, a few extra pounds in weight and a dodgey knee later about to do it all again.  i would like to say that i am looking forward to it, which in a way i am, but its the morning after i'm not looking forward to when all the adreanaline has gone and all your left with is a medal and very, very sore legs.  But as long as someome somewhere benefits from my efforts it will of all been worth it.
