<p><span style="line-height: 20px;">As a serving member of the RAF, I have all too often seen first hand the consequences of war on young Servicemen and women. Help for Heroes is a charity that is close to my heart, they strive for 100% effectiveness, so that for every &pound;1 donated, &pound;1 will go to helping our wounded boys and girls.</span></p> <p><span style="line-height: 20px;">I am running the British&nbsp;London 10K this year in support of Help for Heroes'. latest venture, which is to help create and fund four Defence Recovery Centres in the UK. These centres will provide welfare to recovering personnel and their families, and will give them all the support they need to help piece their lives back together.</span></p> <p>Please give as much as you feel you can, every last penny helps make a huge difference!
