My personal message:

Obviously many of you will find the concept of me undertaking physical exercise absolutely hilarious - but it is all in a good cause, and I shall enjoy every moment of sweating it out on the rowing machine. Please help me to reach my target.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Stroke Association gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
