As some of you will know I had to have emergency heart surgery in June 2008. Thankfully with some help from the British Heart Foundation  and many other great people I am now fighting fit and want to give something back by raising some money for the organisation. In October 2009 I'll be trekking the Great Wall of China - walking 7 or 8 hours a day, for 8 days!!

Don't worry I am not asking you to pay for me to have a "holiday", I will cover those costs myself.
