My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.  I'm doing the London to Brighton bike ride in aid of two charities: British Heart Foundation and ZRSDP to raise money for research into heart disease and a classroom block in rural Zimbabwe respectively.

I know that times are tough at the moment but both I myself and these two worthy charities very much appreaciate any support you can give.

Prefer to sponsor me for ZRSDP go to: http://www.justgiving.com/jameszrsdpbike

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: British Heart Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
