DELTA believes that the vast majority of deaf children can learn to listen and talk and that all parents of deaf children should be given this option. It's aim is to promote the education of hearing imparied children through the use of their residual hearing capacity and through the development of a naturally spoken language.

My story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I have now decided, at the grand old age of 35, to try and run the London Marathon. I have to be honest and explain that this has not been a lifelong dream allthough when you see the fantastic work that charities like DELTA achieve it certainly gives you a considerable kick up the backside!

As family and friends you will not only be supporting me by donating your hard earned dosh, you will also be supporting Delta's fantastic work with Deaf Children.

So please give as much as you can and dont forget to try and spot me on the telly!!!!
