Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
It's the only mission that I have ever wanted to achieve (my home town Marathon) and I did just that! The 2012 Virgin London Marathon came and went in a flash. Sunday 22nd April 2012 will go down as one of the best days of my life. It wasn't a PB but I crossed the line in The Mall in 3hrs 49mins 31secs. A little disappointed with the time but the last few miles I was running on empty so I'm not going beat myself up to much on that point. It was an amazing day and I can't wait to take on The London Marathon again.
I ran for a charity that is very close to my heart. The Princess Royal University Hospital Special Baby Care Unit in Farnborough, Kent. The fund has run for 20 years to support the unit at the hospital. The charity raises money to fund additional equipment, staff training and parent facilities to give special care babies and their families the best possible care.The Special Ca
