After missing out by just over 1 minute last year, I have decided to give it another go and attempt to beat the 4:00 mark in the London Marathon.

This year I am raising money in honour of Michael Carroll for the Mental Health Foundation which helps people to survive and recover from, and also prevent mental health problems and to tackle the stigma still attached to mental illness.
