I know it's hard to believe, (and for me, hard to accept) but I am turning 40 on the 4th February 2009!

Many of you will be joining me to celebrate this momentous occasion at a fabulous party to be held on Saturday 31st January 2009 at Boreham House in Chelmsford.

I have been very fortunate in my life - I have good health and i enjoy a wonderful lifestyle. Not everyone is so fortunate. I am therefore asking all my friends and family not to buy any presents for my birthday, but instead I would like you to help me raise £5,000 for Farleigh Hospice.
