ARC is a charity that has helped Caroline and I through a very tough time. To say thank you for all their support, I am raising money to help them continue their good work supporting parents through what is a devastating and bewildering time.

To persuade you to part with your hard earned cash in these tough times, I felt I needed to do something that would be worthy of you generosity. Therefore, I will be taking part in the Ironman distance long swim in Bedford on the 19^th July. This race is a massive 3.8 km open-water swim, an extreme challenge both physically and mentally, allowing me to really test myself over the gruelling Ironman swim distance.
