I am embarking on a Trek of the The Great Wall of China in October and all the money raised will go to the Helen Rollason Heal Cancer Charity. The trek is six days long, consisting of seven hours a day walking. I am fundraising for the Helen Rollason Heal Cancer Charity because, like many people, my life as been affected by cancer and left a lasting impact on me. The Helen Rollason Charity provides exceptional care for people following their diagnosis, as well as research into different drug trials. I am also sponsoring this charity, because, as a Pharmacist at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford, I have first hand knowledge of the great work that they do and I can see the huge difference that donations can make.
