Hi Everyone,

I am climbing Ben Nevis on August 9^th to raise money for theErskineHospital.

The appeal that I am walking for is the Erskine 2010 appeal which aims to raise £6 million to expand the bed provision throughout and meet the growing need for the very special care that Erskine provides. With waiting lists in every part of the country they are doubling the bed space in the Erskine Edinburgh home in 2008.

Sadly, war isn't a thing of the past and as long as there is conflict, there will be a need for Erskine Care.

At Erskine they focus on people's abilities rather than their loss of abilities. They help the residents maintain dignity, independence and a quality of life we all expect to have, regardless of age.

By raising much needed funds for Erskine you too can play a valuable part in the continuing care of our residents.
