Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am due to be participating in the Bristol Half Marathon on the 6th September this year, I have run it on a number of occaisions and run for various charities. This year I have decided to run for DeafBlind UK it is a very worthy and rewarding charity. It is a charity that i am very fond of and pleased to be associated with. Many kids today take their sight and hearing for granted as you are aware I am not one of those. DeafBlind UK is a charity  that has been set up in order to help under privieldged children who are born Deaf/Blind or in some cases Deaf and Blind from birth. It is a very hard life for these children and DeafBlind UK help them get as much satisfaction out of life as possible.

I am running on the day to try and set a new personal best and try and complete the 13.2 miles in a time between 1hr 20 mins and 1hr 30mins which I think is acheivable and I hope that me training everyday from now running about 40 - 50 miles a week until the race on 6th September will atleast spur you on to donate some money to DeafBlind UK via this sponsor page.  I have already been in contact with DeafBlind UK and they are aware of what I am doing and are in contact reguarly to help raise as much money for DeafBlind UK as I can. Please give as much money as you can even if it is a small amount.

I have set a fundraising target of £250 for the charity so please donate as much as you can and hoepfully we can achieve it for this worthwhile charity and possibly more.

Here is the Charities Website so you can just check at all the amazing work that they do
