Now in Scotland. The time has come. Tomorrow morning early start to get into Edinburgh. A massive THANK YOU to everyone who has sponsored, supported and advised me on this.

I joined the service back in 1996 as part of my Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award. In 2002 I received the Queen's Jubilee Medal and then sailed about 11000miles from Fiji to the Med. I rejoined the service a few years back and after two Great South Runs, I have entered my marathon. Please dig deep to help me raise my target and help the lifeboat get our new boathouse. Many thank.
