<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #000000;">Myself and Karl will be running this years Adidas half marathon at Silverstone race track on the 11th of March. We ran this race 3 years ago and it was a great day. We decided to run again this year and have the privilige of running for a local charity helping local people in </span></span><span style="color: #000000;">The Vital Sounds Foundation. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="color: #ff0000;"><span style="color: #000000;">The Vital Sounds Foundation is a Charity which is dedicated to screening young people aged between 16 – 35 for undiagnosed heart conditions, promoting Health and Wellbeing through healthy lifestyle options and to raise awareness of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS) so that young people can be tested early.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Someone very dear to my heart passed away last year, the most caring, thoughtful, beautiful person you could ask for, The Vital Sounds Foundation would be a charity she would fully support herself.</span></p>
