For some mad reason I decided to do the New Forest Half Ironman. This includes a 1.9Km swin, an 80Km bike ride and for good measure I finish with a half marathon!!

I have decided that this will be quite difficult and to help me through the pain I thought that if I could raise a bit of cash for a very good cause the pain would feel so much less.

I appreciate that times are tough for everyone at the moment but this is a very worthwhile charity and one that is close to me.
