There is at least one Age Concern Charity in every London Borough providing services to thousands of people including; information and advice, care and other services relating to the health and well-being of older Londoners.

Believe it or not... Here I am again! Getting ready to run the London Marathon!

This time I am running for Age Concern London and so any donations you would like to make to this very worthy cause would be greatly appreciated and help to motivate me through the gruelling 26.2 miles!
