Story
<p>I used to be quite fit, always been big, but typically became less fit and didnt put the effort it from about 34 years old. I then started getting problems. Dizziness, loss of breath, higher heart rate and blood pressure.</p>
<p>I started spending more and more money of Physio's, Osteo's and Chinese 'Dr's'. </p>
<p>I then quit smoking after 33 years and put on some pounds (many, many pounds) and a year or so back started cycling. I'm still big, but now dont get to the top of a flight of stairs and get a giddy spell. I can out run my boys. I'm putting my body right slowly surely and this will be a challenge for me, but if it helps others, all to the good. It will and I will make sure I do my bit. You can just chip in and do the easier bit.</p>
