Coast to Coast

On Saturday May 17th, I will be driving up to Cumbria, St Bees's to be precise.
Starting with my rear wheel in the Irish sea, I, with a number of friends, will be cycling 210 miles across the country encompassing such sites as the lake district & the North Yorkshire Moors, with as much off road as possible, ending five, maybe six days later with my front wheel in the North Sea at Robins Hood Bay.

Last year, I managed the South Downs Way, 100 miles in some of the worst cycling weather imaginable, for fun.
This time, I would like to raise some money for MacMillan Cancer Support.

I have been putting in some training, generally at weekends, but with the lighter evenings, I have been getting a little more creative with my route home. Those who are interested, you are welcome to go & read the blog at www.c2c4u2c.blogspot.com which has some general training chit chat, and will hopefully, be updated, maybe with some pictures, along the ride.

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Macmillan Cancer Support gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!
