Between July 4th and 10th, four friends and I will be racing over the land, sea and hopefully not too much "air" of the Outer Hebrides. We will be kayaking, hill running, mountain biking, road biking, swimming and using any other crafty means we can devise to traverse the fastest route using only human power.

The memory of PA and his phenomenal drive for a challenge of this kind is a strong inspiration for me and knowing that our efforts in July have raised a worthy sum towards repairing spinal cord injury will be the icing on the cake.
