Blythswood Care combines the Christian message with practical help for those in need at home and abroad. Whether through filled shoeboxes at Christmas time, relief and development aid or social projects for young and old, we bring hope to thousands in Europe, Africa and Asia. In 2007 we delivered aid valued at £4.5 m to 13 countries and also distributed over 140,000 shoeboxes in Eastern Europe and India. www.blythswood.org.

My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.  I am doing a quarter of the marathon and have one month left to start training, so please sponsor me as I need the encouragement!

Blythswood Care will use the money raised to go towards building an orphanage for homeless children in India.  At the moment these children are living rough on the streets.
