Thank you for taking the time to visit my page.  

I'm sure I said to myself never again , however the temptation of London Marathon was too much and yes, on April 26th 2009 I'll be with the thousands running the streets of London and at the same time raising valuable money for my charity of choice 'CHICKS' - see left for details.

I therefore ask for your kind donations to reach my target before the event .  As an incentive and also for a bit of fun, as you make a donation please write in the comments a suggested song for me to put on my ipod.   On the day I'll promise to run to the choice of songs to keep me going .
