"I am very honoured to be accepted onto the VSO programme. I was sent the details on Thursday 10th May. I 'screamed' like a child who got sweets in a candy shop. I couldn't believe it. I attended an assesment day on Tuesday 1st May where I had to go through several stages so they could see if I was a perfect candidate for the job. We did a team activity, a group discussion and they also 'interviewed' us. The day was very informal and it gave me a big insight to what I would be doing out there. I really enjoyed the day and can't wait to get out there but to do so I really need to get donations and sponsors for the trip. As would I, people will question the legitimacy as I would question anything involving money and someone behind a computer. Thanks in advance for everyone donating and you won't be dissapointed on my return."
