thanks for visiting this page. I will be running in the great south run on october the 9th with a couple of friends, and am hoping that you will be able to help me reach my fundraising target of £250. I will be running for the charity cancer research uk, whose work you can find information about on a link from this page.

The run wont be anything near the magnitude of sam's epic, though i am going to give it my best bash with a vigorous training schedule that i am soon to design...

Apparently this page (-i dont Know what it is going to look like, i'm just following instructions) will ask you to declare if you are a UK takpayer. Your declaration will allow cancer research to claim an extra 28% in tax from your donation at no extra cost to you.
