Lets make this simple; I've never really bought into this whole running lark. But when we started looking for people to run in the Bristol Half Marathon on behalf of Secret World a little devil on my shoulder kept saying that I shouldn't expect the charity's supporters to do anything I wasn't prepared to do myself.

So I've laced on my trainers and I'm hitting the road!
