I have decided to do something to help other people and thought the anthony nolan trust was a good choice, i haven't got a good head for heights so i thought i would kill two birds with one stone.

i am doing a 700ft zip slide at haigh pit, whitehaven on sunday 12th july 2009, which is also my birthday. i will be taken 100ft up then travel by zip wire down to saltom beach 700ft away, i am a bit nervous but it is for a good cause, so i would like all the help raising money as possible, you can still donate after the event has ended.
