On Sunday 21 June, I'll be running 5K in Manchester's Heaton Park. Even though 5K may not seem much to some people it represents a massive challenge for me and is the next step in my journey of conquering the horrible disease that is M.E.

Alexa, Debs, Julia and Evs will be running with me (thanks guys!) and everyone is invited to come along and watch if they would like.

Thanks for your support. Your money will go to Action for M.E, a charity which does loads of stuff including campaigning for research into what M.E actually is to hopefully one day finally find a cure for it.
