7th September, Adidas Women's 5k Challenge, Hyde Park

Deniz has refused to submit a picture so you just get my pretty face!

Basically Deniz suggested to me that I join her on a 5km run. She probably asked me while I was drunk.  It's OK for her.  She can already run quite well.  As for me, I've spent the last eight weeks in an almost constant state of agony or exhaustion.  Please help us.  Please make it all seem worthwhile.

We are raising money for Interact Worldwide who work in collaborative partnerships with local and national organisations and governments, to improve the sexual and reproductive health and rights, including maternal health care, family planning and HIV/AIDS services, of some of the poorest and most marginalised people in the world
