Although Jane sadly passed away on Friday August 7th after a brave 3 year fight with cancer, her life was made inordinately better by having access to the home care facilities provided by Isabel's Hospice, who were simply wonderful to all of us.  Rather than send flowers for Jane's funeral, we would be extremely grateful if you could instead make a donation to the Hospice that helped us so much in the last few weeks of Jane's life. 

 

This is such a worthy cause and a magnificent way to remember her.
