I am walking rather than running this year - getting older and wiser! 

My charity this year is Myton Hospice - this wonderful place, financed by charitable donations, gave my sister a wonderful 2 week "holiday" at the worst time of her life.   Every hour of every day holistic care is provided to patients and their families.
