Hello! On Sunday 17th (THIS SUNDAY) I am running in the Oxford Town & Gown 10K, in aid of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign.

When I run, I look like the badger in the picture: little legs going tumpety-tumpety-tump and slightly damp nose pointed determinedly towards the finish line. If that image hasn't put you off completely, please throw some coins in the virtual hat to support a jolly good cause. :-)
