For those who know me it,ll be no surprise that i,m doing something slighly out of the norm. again. For those who don,t I,m a bit eccentric, but nice with it. This will be my biggest challenge to date, and i,m really looking forward to raising much needed funds for Sue Ryder Care and doing this amazing Trek.  I would appreciate any donations that you are able to make for this very worthwhile cause. As the caption shows I,m back in the pool to get fit hoping to swim at least 100 lenghts ( not in the childrens pool!!) Once again thanks in anticipation for any donations you can make. As you can see I am now in th gym doing some serious training!!  Still swimming and walking and generally getting fit.
