I am taking part in the Great South Run on October 25th as part of Team Carrington in aid of local charity The Wessex Autistic Society http://www.twas.org.uk.  Please support my training efforts and donate to this cause to encourage me to complete this 10 mile road race around Portsmouth and Southsea.  It will be live on TV so try and spot me in the crowds!
