Hi Everyone, and thanks for visiting my fundraising page

I'm running the British 10k London run on 12th July, on behalf of the Civil Service Benevolent Fund, and I'm hoping you'll all support me by sponsoring me, so I can raise as much money as possible for this very worthwhile charity.

14 years ago my own circumstances meant I asked for their help, and they were fantastic, so I'm really keen to give something back.

I'm training every day by running to work and back with a huge rucksack full of 'essentials'..   (well I must admit I'm walking up the hills and running down them at the moment.. but I aim to change that!) ..   so I'm hoping for a really good time on the day.
