our group consists of 2 respiratory nurses, and 2 housewives and we are raising money for british Lung Foundation Wales. This charity is close to our hearts as we  see the devastating effects lung disease can have on patients and their carers on a daily basis. i also have had personal experience of this as my dad died following a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis.

We are all training hard, with the weather not really on our side!!!, none of us have ever done anything like this before and all our friends and families think its highly amusing!!! so come on support us all and we will prove all those doubters wrong!!
