Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

It is my intention, as part of a team of four, and many other teams of four, to march 130 miles in five days commencing 27th May 2010, from Illfracombe in Devon to Bulford Camp in Wiltshire. Why, do you ask, would I want to be marching all that way. Am I a thrill seeker you may ask. No, I aim to raise lots of money in aid of Project 65. Project 65's aim is to raise money for 6 military charities who help support sick, injured and retired military personnel across all three services, their families also.

There is a big need to support our troops, if we do not do it where will the boys and girls go, who will look after them? I know there are other charities out there but Project 65 ensures all their named charities get a fair bite of the apple, money passes directly to them, not via the moon and back so the people who need help and support get it.

Please dig as deep as you can into your pockets and support my charity in Project 65, a charity originally formed to remember the men of the Coup de Main assault on the Pegasus and Orsa Bridges in the very early hours of D-Day. To learn more visit www.forcesmarch.org.uk
