About my charity : Capital to Coast Capital to Coast
A 60 mile scenic charity bike ride from London to Hove or a 30 mile half ride from Haywards Heath to Hove. Capital to Coast benefits 4 charities undertaking crucial work with children and adults - Norwood, SPARKS, Down's Syndrome Association and Southern FM's Help a Local Child.

My personal message:

On Sunday 13 July, I am cycling from Handcross to Hove on the Capital To Coast Charity Cycle Challenge.  It's going to be 30 hard cycling miles, but it will be worth it to raise funds for the four charities that Capital to Coast Supports: Norwood, Down's Syndrome, Southern FM's Help a Local Child and Sparks. 

Together these four worthy charities do fantastic work to help the lives of babies, children and adults with disabilities, and I really want to help them.Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
