So I thought I'd try a trek for charity as i wasn't sure I could handle a marathon just yet! Maybe next time! The new date for the trek is OCTOBER 2010.

I am paying the cost of the trip myself so that all of the money raised can go to the charity. It wouldn't be fair to expect people to pay for me to go to China!  I know it will be sheer hard work, a real challenge so I really need to start training now. Any offers to coach me?
