Hello Everyone,

I was so touched by the wonderful work that is being done by "Just for Kids" in Newcastle, and the help/support given by Metro Radio for our Charity Auction, that I felt I wanted to do more!

So here is my small effort!  It's a bit selfish because I need to lose the weght anyway.  My aim is to lose at least 2 stones (28lbs) in the next 6 months!  It's a bit of a toughy but I need to lose this and more besides, but this is my starting point
