Hi my name is Zak and my Dad is going to run 13 miles for the hospital I spent a short time in 2004 and 2005 please sponsor him !!!

Well I did it and in 1hour 59 minutes - everything on the day went well we didn't get lost and managed to get on the start line just before the red arrows went over to start the race. I must thank Nick Davis who also ran with me in Newcastle and most of the training sessions !!! Also to Tim conroy and Tony Mason cheers lads.

But most of all a big heart felt thanks to everyone who donated it means a lot  this outstanding hospital continues to provide world class care to kids all over the UK!!!!
