Story
John Shanahan was a popular and well-loved man throughout the KBB industry. Unfortunately after a long but brave battle against illness, John passed away on Wednesday 24th September 2008.
He began his journey into the home interest sector with a job at kbb review where he built up his knowledge and created a firm place for himself within this market sector. After many years at the magazine, John went on to use his ever-growing experience and set up on his own. Starting off in his back bedroom in 1995 selling product cards, he went from strength to strength, leading to the creation of Jasem Publishing and Jasem PR. After a successful period, the two companies were brought together to be renamed as Jasem Marketing Ltd.
Named after an acronym of his family, Jasem Marketing Ltd was established in 1998 and by gaining account after account John was able to expand his business with extra staff and a new office. With John's drive and passion never faltering through any of life's hard steps, his business has flourished into a strong and striving company that will continue to do John proud.
Here at Jasem Marketing, we feel we can speak on behalf of us all when we say how much love and respect we have for a wonderful man, whose courage and ambition inspired us all.
