Hi there - just a quick update on the event...
Unfortunately the week prior to the run I picked up "Montezuma's Revenge" on a business trip to Mexico. I made it to Silverstone and managed to slog past half distance in under an hour before exhaustion and dizziness curtailed my efforts...
Apologies to all who sponsored me for the full 13 miles, the cause is great and will appreciate your very generous contributions...

Auditory Verbal UK provide an invaluable service for hearing-impaired kids such as my son Jasper, providing parents and carers invaluable coaching in accelerating development to age-appropriate levels. As a result of their therapy Jasper's communication is now age-appropriate since being first diagnosed before his 2nd birthday.
This unique therapy is generally not available via the NHS and hence relies on donations from your good selves and other external funding both to function, and to offer therapy to the lesser privileged.
