I recently met with these great guys running a most worthy charity in Shoreditch, London.  Arts For all is a community creative centre, their aim is to give young people the opportunity to build confidence through creativity and give them a chance to hope for a brighter future.

My mission is to abseil 120ft down the side of Riverwalk House overlooking the MI6 building in true James Bond style (martini's at the bottom...shaken not stirred of course).  The date for this mission is 13th June, spectators and new paticipants welcome.
