I am soon to be undertaking the mammoth cycle ride from London to Cardiff to raise money for the HHLG. The ride will be taking place between the 4th and 6th of July and we will be covering a distance of approximately 230 miles. HHLG is a fantastic charity that works with children throughout South Wales who have special needs. Please give as generously as you can for this great cause and help us to help as many children as possible.
