I'm  going to run in 2 half marathons in March ( Adidas silverstone & Reading) so any donations would be very much welcomed.

I miss my Dad so much and find it a shock that he's not here anymore, he was such a wonderful person always ready to tell you a joke or a witty story and to see him taken by this desease was truly shocking.

This is why I want to help pancreatic Cancer UK... please give a donation and think of my Dad shouting " Tanks Twonk Head"

I'm in training now so hopefully my reconstructed knee holds out i'll let you know via this page how things go!!!

***** Just completed the Silverstone half Marathon...!!!! very pleased with my time of 1.49 I faded a bit at the end due to a massive blister on my instep with a painful hip and knee but pleased with how it went, although hobbling around for another week isn't my idea of fun!!   Thanks must  go to Ross Mackenzie who not only ran with me but also raised a lot of sponsor money via his football team and work.... he shot off like the roadrunner for 6 miles and I thought he was trying to beat the track record but ever so slowly yours truly plodded past him giving him a little pat on the back......think I heard him grunt something in my direction..... magic effort Ross thanks again******  

***** Completed the Reading half Marathon..!!! struggled big time with the last 3 miles, in the last 4 weeks i've completed 2 half Marathons with no other running due to a calf strain so i'm so happy i was able to finish in a time of 1.50.05 entering the stadium in front of the massive crowd was such a great feeling and really made me sprint for home.......i'm never going to have 6 energy gels on a run again!!! sick as a pig an hour after finishing....never again!!!!*******
