Just so you don't have to go to the bother of doing a triathlon - I'm doing it for you!  And I'm actually doing it on behalf of Leukemia Research.

I'm competing (well, taking part) in the Blenheim Triathlon on Sun 8 June.  10 miles swim, 1000 mile bikeride and 6 marathons run back to back, all with no shoes. 

Sorry, getting carried away - it's more like 750m swim, 20k bike, 5k running
